The redevelopment of the historic Rex Hotel has entered the construction phase. Previous phases saw Parallel Digital handle the Cloud Point to BIM survey and subsequently, during the final and executive design phases, the information process management with BIM Management activities and support for modeling, quantity extraction, and graphical drawings.

The MAXIMA project, situated in the heart of the eternal city of Rome, is a venture led by our affiliated studio, IT’S VISION. In this collaborative effort, Parallel Digital has undertaken comprehensive responsibility for all aspects related to the BIM environment. Located on Amba Aradam Street, our involvement in the MAXIMA project extended to the meticulous preparation and supervision of work within Revit at every stage. Our tasks ranged from creating a Digital Twin based on a laser Point cloud to developing detailed execution drawings.
