Conçu comme un portail vers le nouveau quartier, le bâtiment remet en question les approches conventionnelles de la planification urbaine. Grâce à l'environnement Building Information Modeling (BIM), l'équipe de projet a géré efficacement les changements de conception, tout en maintenant une efficacité élevée et une organisation du travail.

Le projet MAXIMA, implanté au cœur de la ville éternelle de Rome, est une initiative dirigée par notre studio affilié, IT’S VISION. Dans cet effort collaboratif, Parallel Digital a pris en charge la responsabilité complète de tous les aspects liés à l'environnement BIM. Exécuté dans la rue Amba Aradam, notre engagement s'étendait à la préparation minutieuse et à la supervision du travail au sein de Revit à chaque étape du projet. Cela englobait des tâches allant de la création d'un jumeau numérique basé sur un nuage de points laser au développement de dessins d'exécution détaillés.

Le site de l'IMGP2-École d'Architecture à Nanterre fait l'objet d'une rénovation importante pour le transformer en Centre Universitaire Leonard de Vinci. Ce projet vise à moderniser l'ancienne école d'architecture en un campus éducatif de pointe, en utilisant des méthodologies avancées de Modélisation des Informations du Bâtiment (BIM) pour améliorer la collaboration, la gestion des données et l'efficacité.
