The redevelopment of the historic Rex Hotel has entered the construction phase. Previous phases saw Parallel Digital handle the Cloud Point to BIM survey and subsequently, during the final and executive design phases, the information process management with BIM Management activities and support for modeling, quantity extraction, and graphical drawings.

Politecnica and Studio IT’S have been awarded the contract for the sustainable conversion of the historic "Palazzo delle Finanze" in Modena.

Following the completion of the survey, where Parallel Digital contributed BIM Management activities and the multidisciplinary BIM rendering of the building survey, demolition work began on 20 buildings within the former Arsenale of Pavia. Demolition work is estimated to be completed by April 2024, with the subsequent publication of a tender for the design of the redevelopment of the historic buildings and the construction of new structures to replace the demolished spaces.
