First place at the BIM & DIGITAL AWARD - Results : 11.12.2023

The MAXIMA project is distinguished by its extensive use of technology to its advantage throughout the development of the project. Implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) within the design process was a highlight in our demonstration as it greatly improved the design phase. Through VR, architects were able to have a better understanding of spatial dynamics and the interplay of light and shadow, while also providing clients with a more immersive and tangible visualization experience.

To guarantee the model’s accuracy and information quality, our workflow was equipped with a series of sophisticated tools. The BIM model has been meticulously controlled with tools like Primus-P, Dynamo, Model Checker, and Navisworks for each part. Enscape and Unreal Engine 5 were used to great effect for quick, realistic visualizations and detailed animations, providing the backbone of our immersive VR experience creation.
